Annie is founder of The Saltdean Physio and co-founder of Elite Musculoskeletal Concierge. She is BSc (Hons), MCSP and HCPC registered, and her approach is careful, practical and focused on helping you understand what is happening and what to do next, with clinical continuity when specialist input may be appropriate.

Annie combines careful assessment with treatment and rehabilitation that are shaped around the person in front of her. As co-founder of Elite Musculoskeletal Concierge, she can also help maintain continuity when diagnostic imaging, orthopaedic consultant assessment or coordinated specialist treatment may be clinically appropriate.

Appointments can address recent injuries, persistent joint or muscle pain, sports rehabilitation, postoperative recovery, and dizziness or balance symptoms where vestibular physiotherapy may be appropriate. Tomek is a skilled, trusted physiotherapist who provides expert assessment, personalised treatment and rehabilitation. He draws on established experience across the NHS, private practice and semi-professional football, and consults in English, Spanish and Polish.
