Specialist investigations and treatment
If specialist assessment, imaging or treatment is discussed, insured investigation or treatment requires insurer approval under your policy. It is not appropriate to assume that cover will apply or that a self-funded pathway can simply be combined with insurance.

Initial physiotherapy applies to appointments with Annie or Tomek. These fees do not automatically include diagnostic imaging, consultant appointments or specialist treatment. Rachel’s podiatry appointment options and fees are separate; please contact the practice to confirm them.
