A careful starting point for dizziness
Dizziness has many possible causes, so it should not be assumed to be a simple balance issue. The assessment explores the nature and timing of symptoms, triggers, associated features and your medical history before a rehabilitation plan is considered.
Individualised vestibular rehabilitation
Where vestibular physiotherapy is appropriate, treatment may involve education, specific movements or exercises and gradual exposure to activities that provoke symptoms. The plan is adjusted to your response rather than rushed.
