When clinically appropriate, the Elite pathway can connect that plan to diagnostic imaging, orthopaedic consultant assessment and coordinated specialist treatment, so you can continue your care journey with the same trusted team.
Clinical continuity, without pressure
Annie's direct involvement as co-founder of Elite Musculoskeletal Concierge helps keep the relationship and clinical context connected when specialist input may be helpful. The Elite pathway is optional and self-funded at £495. Diagnostic imaging, treatment and additional specialist appointments are separately charged, and the £65 physiotherapy assessment does not automatically include them. If you intend to use insurance, approval must be obtained under your own policy. Elite is not an emergency service.

Do I need the Elite Care Pathway to have physiotherapy?
No. Expert physiotherapy with Annie or Tomek is available as its own service. Elite is an optional, self-funded pathway when diagnostic imaging, orthopaedic consultant assessment or coordinated specialist treatment may be clinically appropriate.
Does the £495 include imaging or treatment?
No. The £495 Elite pathway fee is self-funded and does not include diagnostic imaging, treatment or additional specialist appointments; these are separately charged. The £65 physiotherapy assessment does not automatically include them either.
